Hordle Helps was formed in July, 2015. Primarily to enable me to work with customers who needed professional services moving their businesses into the cloud. This led to a 3 year contract at Workbooks which was concluded in March 2020.

Whilst working at Workbooks I was given the opportunity to add Marketing Automation to my skillset. Utilising the integration between Workbooks and Spotler (Communigator) implemented Marketing Automation for upwards of 50 customers.

Since 2003 I have spent most of my career implementing Cloud solutions namely Salesforce.com and Workbooks.com.  With experience implementing Global projects with larger organisations to Small and Medium businesses which is my business focus today.

An advocate and early adopter of Cloud technology I believe that organisations can revolutionise the way they work by using cloud based tools. 

It is important that customers are reminded that in order to maintain pace in today‚Äôs environment they need to embrace ongoing change and innovation.  This means being aligned with their people, customers and market.  Enabling Employees to have a voice during periods of change and developing best practises on an ongoing basis.

From experience, I understand the challenges an organisation can face and I am fully versed in supporting them both from a technology and a business standpoint.
